How will I receive check-in instructions?

Detailed check-in instructions are automatically sent 24–48 hours before your arrival. You’ll receive your unique door code, parking information, and everything you need for a smooth, contactless check-in.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Yes, you can make modification based on policices in the listing. Case by case situations will always be considered.

Are dogs allowed?

Absolutely. We welcome dogs at all PorchLight properties.  We provide dog-friendly amenities like fenced yards, outdoor showers, and water bowls to make your pup feel at home.

Yes — every stay includes a curated digital guidebook filled with our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, dog parks, and beach spots. You’ll get the link right after booking so you can plan your trip with ease.
